My name is Alena Hlekava and I’ve been practicing meditation for over nine years, and Vipassana in particular for the last four. Over time, I’ve come to deeply value the magic of practicing together - and I’ve created a peaceful little online space where you can learn, grow, and practice in a group. I’ll be your guide and trainer along the way, offering structure, theory, and encouragement as we explore the practice together
